LifeQuest Listing Policy

1. You must be the actual owner of the item. Brokering or otherwise selling
equipment you do not own is prohibited.
2. You must not be in the business of retail, new or used EMS equipment sales.
3. You must provide factual information on the item. If a piece of equipment is not
working or is in need of repair, it must be so noted.
4. You must provide LifeQuest with your telephone number, so that we may contact
your regarding your listing. Displaying your phone number in your listing is optional.
5. You must provide a valid E-Mail address so that buyers can contact you regarding
your listing.
6. You must inform LifeQuest of the sale of your equipment within five days of its
sale.
7. Complaints regarding any sellers, or failure to follow the rules of listing an item, will
result in the individual or organization being prohibited from future listings.
